Order Processing Times

Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be packed and dispatched. You will receive an email with your parcel details when your order has been fulfilled.

Shipping Tracking & Shipping Times

Postal times vary between locations throughout Australia.

Shipment notifications will be emailed or SMS (depending the contact information provided by you). Please check your junk mail/spam folder if you cannot find a notification after 3-4 business days.  

Lost Parcels 
If your parcel has been lost in transit you will need to follow up with Australia Post or Sendle using the tracking links that are sent to you. 
  • Sendle will action lost or missing parcels very quickly. 
  • Australia Post will require you to wait 10 business days after the parcel is late to submit an enquiry. 
Cute Clay Creations takes no responsibility for items lost or damaged items in the post. However, the shipping services do provide limited compensation for items lost or damaged (not delayed) for specific services which you can claim. Cute Clay Creations will provide as much support as possible in these rare cases.
International Postage

International orders, Cute Clay Creations takes no responsibility for taxes/customs charged in your own country, these charges are the responsibility of the purchaser, please investigate before you purchase. If a package comes back to us from customs in the original condition, we will refund your money.

International Customers Please Note – we are shipping from Australia (Brisbane). Packages to the rest of the world may take up to 2-4 weeks to arrive. We have no control on these timeframes.

Returns 

If you have any concerns please email us immediately. We will not refund on a change of mind or months after the product was shipped. Return requests needs to be communicated within 1 week of receiving your product. Photos of damage or breakage will assist us to identify the issue, and please include your order number to save us all time. 

Please allow 2-3 business days to respond to your email. If it is urgent please feel free to call me directly.

Refunds/replacements are at the discretion of Cute Clay Creations. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer. You will receive an invoice via email for the shipping, once paid we will re-ship the replaced or fixed product.
