Where is this product made?

All Cute Clay Creations products are handmade with love and care in Eatons Hill, Brisbane.

What are Cute Clay Creations products made of?

Our jewelry is primarily made from high-quality polymer clay. We also use waterproof, non-toxic acrylic paints that are washable and wipeable. Some earrings are sealed with a special art varnish for added protection which is non toxic. 

We strive to use the best quality nickel-free components, which will be clearly described in the product description. While gold-plated findings are usually nickel-free, we cannot guarantee this 100%. If you have a metal allergy please reach out when you place your order. We can replace some metal parts with plastic which is 100% Hypoallergenic. As a side note Polymer Clay is harmless and a great alternative to metal earrings. 

Please read the product descriptions carefully before placing your order. We do not replace earrings or offer refunds if the description was not read prior to ordering.

What types of metals are used?

In addition to nickel-free components, we sometimes use sterling silver, 18k gold, or plated hoops and stud posts, as well as stainless steel/surgical steel and plastic stud posts, which are great for those with metal allergies. I can customise your order but do need to know in advance of such a request. 

Will my earrings discolor over time?

Gold or rose gold findings may discolor over time (months to years) if not cared for properly. If this happens, please get in touch, and we will happily replace the findings and make your earring brand new. The polymer clay will outlast the metal except sterling silver. Note that you will need to cover the shipping cost for this service.

How do I care for my product?

Keep your earrings dry. A gentle wipe with a damp cloth will remove any marks. If you need help cleaning your earrings, please reach out to us.

Do you have any guarantees? What about returns, refunds, or changes of mind?

If you’re not happy with the quality of a product, please contact us via the website. We strive to provide excellent service and are proud of our creations. Each set is made with love, and we want you to be delighted with your purchase. We will work with you to address any concerns.

You may return the earrings at your expense. If the product is proven to be faulty, we will issue a refund or website credit for a different pair. You can read more in our refund policy. 

We do not offer refunds or cancellations for change of mind, as many orders are custom-made. Please choose carefully before placing your order. In some cases, we might offer a store credit if your order has not been shipped yet.
